Then, you will work your way through the process, learning about job analysis, job evaluations, pay ranges, and finally pay structures. Along the way, you will have work with Blue Space Tech Performance’s job evaluation data to create job grades and pay ranges. You will also evaluate pay equity and the common issues brought to light when creating or reviewing job and pay data.
