In this course, you will learn how Azure Key Vault helps to safeguard cryptographic keys and secrets that cloud applications and services use using defense in depth strategy. You will get acquainted with practice on how to create and manage access to secrets, certificates, and keys. This course will thoroughly give you knowledge about the Microsoft identity platform, which enables you to configure and keep track of secure access to an application. You will also understand the important factors while developing web apps using user sign in, API calls, daemon, and noninteractive apps. You will have the chance to learn about app registration and the various permissions that the Microsoft identity platform supports. You will also learn to set up an app registration, build an Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) tenant, and register an application with App registrations. In this course, you will explore Microsoft Graph services and learn to configure Microsoft Graph permissions. You will gain an understanding of managed identities in detail. You will also learn to configure and deploy web app certificates. This is the fourth course in a series of seven courses that will prepare you to succeed in the AZ-500 exam.
