Learners will develop the skill to develop a work breakdown structure and estimate the duration for each task and its relationship. Create the Network diagram and find out the ways to optimize the projects in terms of Resource, Cost, and Schedule. To identify and prioritize risks, implement risk response, identify, and engage with stakeholders through active listening and effective communication.

In the first module, the learners will begin with the concept of a project, then into the project phases and the overall project lifecycle by understanding the key activities and considerations at each stage. This module also covers project feasibility methods, providing a perspective on assessing the viability and potential success of a project. Additionally, the learners will explore various project organization structures, elucidating how different organizational frameworks can impact project management dynamics. In the second module, the learners will begin with understanding the Essential Elements of Valid Contracts, and gain insights into legal and contractual principles. They will also learn the Common Contract Types, providing a brief perspective on various contractual structures. Tendering processes, including Bid Evaluation, and Contract Award procedures are explained, offering the leaners a practical insight into the competitive procurement landscape. This module extends to Change Management, exploring strategies to navigate and implement changes effectively within the contract framework. Additionally, the learners will also understand the art of Claim Management, how to address and resolve disputes while maintaining contractual integrity. In the third module, the leaners will begin with a comprehensive understanding of scope management like how to define, document, and control project scope. Then understand how to break down complex projects into manageable components. Through a combination of theoretical concepts and real-life case study, the leaners will develop the skills necessary to effectively structure and organize a well-defined WBS tailored to the unique needs of their projects.

In the First module, the course begins with a fundamental tool like bar charts, laying a strong foundation for project scheduling. Next, the learners will explore the network diagrams, strengthening their ability to construct and analyze them for effective project workflow management. Then focus is on activity duration estimates, which aims to equip the learners with techniques for accurate time predictions, essential for creating realistic project timelines. As we conclude, the learners will not only grasp the components of project scheduling but also gain practical skills to apply this knowledge in real-world situations. In the Second module, the learners will gain in-depth insights into the Critical Path Method (CPM), a tool for identifying the sequence of tasks critical for project completion. The course will guide the strategic use of lead and lag time in task dependencies, allowing learners to fine-tune project schedules for optimal efficiency without impacting project timelines. The course will also cover the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM), offering you a powerful tool to visualize and analyze task relationships. In the Third module, the course begins with a deep understanding of resource allocation, a fundamental concept in project planning. The learners will explore strategies to efficiently assign resources, ensuring optimal utilization while meeting project goals. The learners will learn techniques to balance workloads, avoiding resource overloads or underutilization, resulting in a more efficient and sustainable project plan. Leaners will go through methods such as crashing and fast-tracking, enhancing their ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. In the Fourth module, the course begins with the essentials of cost management, learning how to meticulously estimate, budget, and analyze project costs. The course will cover the intricacies of cost estimation, guiding participants on accurate methods to forecast project expenses. A significant portion of the course will be dedicated to Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, a powerful tool for measuring project performance. In the Fifth module, the course begins with identification of potential risks that could impact project success. Then, the learners will explore strategies for effective risk allocation, ensuring a balanced distribution of responsibilities to mitigate and address potential threats. The course will delve into the intricacies of risk analysis, equipping learners with techniques to assess the likelihood and impact of identified risks. The course will be dedicated to understanding various risk response strategies, from risk avoidance and mitigation to acceptance and transfer.

This course covers key areas essential for successful project delivery. Leaners will delve into the principles of Quality Management, focusing on processes, standards, and methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes. You will gain insights into procurement planning, sourcing, and supplier management. The Leaners will explore strategies for managing stakeholder expectations, resolving conflicts, and maintaining transparent and efficient communication channels throughout the project lifecycle. They will also learn the tools and techniques to track project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. Finally you will learn the Key performance indicators, earned value analysis, and risk management strategies will be explored to ensure that projects stay on course and within budget. The course concludes with case studies and practical applications applying to the learned concepts. The leaners are assessed through quizzes and assignments. Upon successful completion, participants receive certification, validating their comprehensive understanding of project monitoring and control.
