Databases are an integral part of any software since all types of data need to be stored in an easily accessible and manageable form. Relational Databases require Structured Query Language (SQL) to manage and maintain them and MySQL is one of the commonly used software for this purpose. In this course, we are going to go through the basics of DBMS including their types, and then understand how relational databases work. We will then look into the installation and working of MySQL and run various queries on it. We'll cover the various types of commands, operators, filters, and Pattern Matching in SQL, with their MySQL implementation. We'll also be covering the concept of Joins with their types. A small project on understanding the creation of a bank database will help consolidate these concepts. Lastly, we'll cover the concept pf subqueries with its MySQL Implementation.
